Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) practice that originated thousands of years ago. It is based on the premise that a blockage or disturbance in the flow of the body's life energy, or “qi,” can cause health issues. Acupuncturists insert hair-thin needles to specific acupuncture points throughout the body to restore the flow of qi, balance the body’s energy, stimulate healing, and promote relaxation.
The benefits of this noninvasive cosmetic acupuncture treatment include but are not limited to: improvement of muscle tone and dermal contraction, increased collagen production, improvement of facial blood circulation, reduced fine lines, tighter pores, and the slowing of the aging process from within.
Herbal therapy is perhaps the most widely used Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment modality. TCM relies on herbal therapies both for the treatment of illness and in the optimizatiin of health and prevention of diseases. We provide individualized herbal formulas designed for your specific health needs.
